Wonderful staff who were friendly, professional, and attentive. The location was perfect, situated on a bustling street but once inside, it was peaceful and serene. The hotel premises were beautifully designed with tastefully decorated rooms and common areas.

The shower head was dirty and covered in limescale. The rooms lacked sufficient ventilation and sunlight, making it difficult to dry wet items.

This hotel is located on a busy street, perfect for exploring nearby attractions like Monkey Forest, the market, and various restaurants. Being just a few minutes away from these places, I found it incredibly convenient. The staff here are simply amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. They are welcoming, helpful, and kind, which really made a difference. Additionally, the hotel offers a wide range of amenities, including a spa and wellness center, swimming pool, and a beautiful garden area. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

I recently stayed at Komaneka in Ubud for a business trip and it was an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel like I was at home. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with a comfortable bed and great water pressure in the shower. The attention to detail was impressive, from the scented towels upon arrival to the woven basket bag provided for shopping. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the center of town. the service and quality of this hotel made it one of the best I've ever stayed in.

This place is simply jaw-dropping! The 5-star treatment combined with the cozy and homely atmosphere make it the most special place we've stayed at in Bali. The free transfer to the center of Ubud is a great perk, and starting our day near the pool is just fantastic. The staff is beyond friendly and competent, with special thanks to Risma and Arya for making our stay absolutely amazing. The overall experience here is pure luxury, with every small detail taken care of. The staff goes above and beyond, curating personalized experiences for guests, and the excursions they organize are top-notch. From the airport arrival to the "welcome home" greetings every time we returned, the service is impeccable. The spotlessly clean and comfortable room, along with the great location close to the Monkey Forest and Ubud Market, makes this hotel a perfect choice. We couldn't fault our stay here and highly recommend it to everyone.

They made us feel right at home. the room was spacious and the bed was super comfy. the staff went above and beyond, knowing our names and making us feel special. the warmth and hospitality we experienced was the best I've encountered in Bali.
