We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was exactly what we were looking for, with a peaceful atmosphere and beautiful natural surroundings. The hotel was not far from the center, making it convenient for us to explore the area. We enjoyed the delicious meals served at the hotel's restaurant, especially the fresh fruits and juices. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable sitting area and a terrace where we could relax.

The location of the hotel is superb, being close to Ubud center and just a short distance from the village. The rooms are beautifully decorated in Balinese style and offer exceptional comfort. The hotel staff is friendly and always ready to assist with any request. Guests can enjoy a relaxing massage at the spa and indulge in a delicious breakfast. Additionally, the hotel provides a shuttle bus service to downtown area, making it convenient to explore the surroundings.

The wifi connection could be stronger, with intermittent disconnections.

The upgraded room had spacious interiors, a large shower, and a lovely outdoor shower and bath. The staff was friendly and prompt in assisting with requests. Proximity to shopping area was convenient for last-minute purchases. The breakfast menu offered a wide variety of choices.

The staff were extremely friendly and hospitable. the room had great decor and was very clean. the pool was quiet and we had it all to ourselves. the Wi-Fi was reliable and fast. the location was good with easy access to local attractions.

During our stay there was construction happening nearby which was often loud and disruptive. the noise level was not consistent, but at times it was hard to ignore.
