The hotel was a gem - staff were super friendly, and the location couldn't be beat. We loved chilling at the pool and soaking up the sun on the terrace. Just a heads up, there was no room service available, which was a bit of a bummer, but honestly, it didn't dampen our overall fab experience. Can't wait to go back there! 🌴

We had an amazing experience at the lagoon bali pool hotel and suites. the staff were fantastic, creating a super relaxing and fun stay. the location was perfect - tucked away from the main road, providing a lovely and quiet atmosphere. the jack fruit cafe and restaurant beautifully complemented the hotel. we enjoyed the simplicity of our room, finding it more than adequate. a tip would be to book a private villa or a swim out room for an unforgettable experience.

For my weekend stay, I was pleased with the conveniently located hotel, just a short walk from the beach. the pool was fantastic, spacious and clean with plenty of sun loungers – perfect for relaxation. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast provided, with a variety of options to pick from.

The hotel’s decor was outdated and some areas could do with refurbishment, which was a bit of a letdown. some of the staff had trouble communicating in English, which made some aspects of the stay stressful and communication confusing.

Fantastic pool access from ground floor rooms, amazing food at Fat Chow out front, friendly staff, great location near favorite spots.

The Lagoon Bali Pool Hotel And Suites offers a fantastic location, friendly staff, and excellent value for money. the Yes Spa across the road is a great option, and the clean, comfortable rooms provide a relaxing stay. the pool area is lovely, and the on-site dining options like Fat Chow add convenience to your experience.

Basin plug stuck, poor lighting.

The kids couldn't get enough of the fun-filled activities while my wife and I relaxed by the pool. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay memorable.

My wife says that clearer signage for the Kids' Club would have been helpful.
