The location of this hotel is perfect as it is close to everything that we like - shopping, beaches, and restaurants. The rooms are clean, and the staff is amazing. The breakfast is good, and there is a 24/7 convenience store next door. The hotel also has nice pools and a fitness room.

The fitness room had some old and broken equipment, which was a bit disappointing for someone in the fitness industry.

The two-bedroom apartments were perfect for our family and provided lots of space for us to relax. the buffet breakfast had a good variety of options and we enjoyed trying new meals. the free shuttle service was convenient for getting around the area and saved us from any hassle.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The location was perfect, being right in the centre and surrounded by other buildings and pools. The narrow streets added to the charm of the area. The room was spacious and well-lit, with a balcony to enjoy the view. The hotel also provided great amenities such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The staff were always willing to help with any request and the manager, Andrew, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The hotel had a fantastic swimming pool and other facilities, such as a fitness centre, and the free Wi-Fi was a plus.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff may not have exuded the usual Bali hospitality, but they were still friendly and accommodating.

The value for money at Town House was great, with spacious 2-bedroom units and a comfortable bed. The location was convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and the beach, and the staff were attentive and polite.

The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety.

I've stayed at Town House Apartments in Kuta for 3 out of 5 visits to Bali, and it's the best mid-range hotel for value and location. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with great amenities like a large fridge/freezer and a good TV selection. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel is centrally located, close to everything. I really appreciate the three pools to choose from and the convenient shuttle bus service. Town House Apartments offers excellent value for money and a fantastic experience.
