Mount Batur Sunrise Trekking was a "different" experience. Interacted with "friendly" farmers and observed their daily activities.

Wow, I can't even believe it. the receptionist had the audacity to accuse me of stealing two hand towels!

We had a wonderful new year experience at this hotel. the location was stunning, surrounded by lush greenery and beautiful nature. We particularly enjoyed the peace and tranquility, away from the busy city. the hotel shuttle made it easy to access the nearby city, which was only a short 10-minute ride away. Another advantage was the hotel's architecture, which was impressive and added to the overall unique atmosphere of the place.

We found that the staff were a bit too eager to please, constantly asking about our stay and meals. It felt a little overwhelming, especially during our week-long stay.

If you want to be in direct touch with nature, you'll love the location of this hotel. It's further away from Ubud downtown, in a quiet area surrounded by rice fields. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, with hand-crafted furniture and comfortable beds. The bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff provides exceptional service, treating you like friends and going above and beyond to ensure you have the best time. The breakfast options are extensive, with a variety of delicious and beautifully presented dishes. The pool is refreshing and offers a stunning view. Additionally, there are free yoga classes and morning walks through the rice fields.

The intervals for the free shuttle service to Ubud town could be improved, as it only leaves every 2-3 hours.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the complimentary welcome drink and massage. the location of the hotel was great, as it was close to local restaurants and shops. I loved the stunning view from my room and the amazing breakfast selection.

There were a few things that detracted from my experience. the fumigation of the hotel was not communicated far enough in advance, causing some inconvenience.

We had an extraordinary time here. the staff provided us with a welcoming service that we will never forget. the full body massage and beauty treatment at the spa centre were luxurious and relaxing. the outdoor swimming pool offers an amazing view, and the sun terrace is a quiet place that lets you enjoy the sun and the sun loungers. the garden area is beautifully designed and well-maintained. Dinner at the restaurant was exceptional, and the in-room breakfast was delicious and delivered promptly.

The only minor issue we encountered was that the outdoor dining area was not as spacious as we have expected.
