Great pillows, excellent location near restaurants and a short drive to the Grand Mosque. Helpful staff, especially Mahayudin at check-in. Good breakfast and the convenience of a shuttle service to a nearby mosque. Comfortable and modern rooms with plenty of space.

The reception staff at Kyriad were friendly and efficient, making our check-in process smooth. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We also appreciated the luggage storage facilities, which allowed us to explore Pulau Weh without having to worry about our belongings. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very modern and clean, with a good breakfast buffet that had a variety of local and western food. The location was convenient and served as a good base for our exploration of the city and nearby island. We found taxi drivers to be a great way to see the area and the hotel had a sheet with prices at the reception desk.

The restaurant food was not up to par, with a snack that wasn't what the menu described and plain food. we experienced some noise issues between rooms and had trouble accessing the hotel Wi-Fi on our phones.
