The private cozy villas were a dream, and the housekeeping was incredible. Every time we left the villa, they cleaned and tidied our room. The staff was so helpful and welcoming, making us feel privileged to have chosen this place. The private pool was fantastic and the semi-open bathroom and comfortable king-size bed added to the overall luxury. The semi-open kitchen was a unique touch that we loved, and the location was excellent, close to shopping and great cafes and restaurants. The value for money was definitely worth it.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the bustling high street of Ubud with its restaurants and sights. The private pool in our villa was a highlight, providing a refreshing and relaxing experience. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, always with a smile on their face. We even received a delicious club sandwich to take away for breakfast when we had an early morning departure. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Ubud.

I had a lovely two week stay at Ladera Villa in their non-villa room. The staff were wonderful, always helpful and worked quickly to make up the room morning and night. The breakfast was excellent and wait staff were also very friendly. The property is small, so there is a personal touch, e.g. I was always greeted by name. Pool was clean and room was very private but close to pool.

The pool was cold and there was no heater. Additionally, there were lizards outside the room which made my wife uncomfortable.

As a couple, we loved the secluded and private atmosphere of Ladera Villa. The high walls, beautiful vegetation, and private swimming pool provided a truly intimate and romantic setting. The spacious room, outdoor bathroom, and private terrace were beautifully designed and covered by a stunning roof with intricate leaf and shingle layers. The location was convenient, close to central Ubud but still quiet enough for privacy. The staff was exceptional, always available and attentive to our needs, cleaning our room daily and providing mosquito repellent and lighting in the evenings. The private pool was clean and refreshing, with fresh towels and water provided daily. We also appreciated the option of having breakfast delivered to our room.

The location was perfect, close to all the attractions in the city but on a quiet street. We could easily walk to the monkey forest, rice fields, shopping areas, and restaurants. The villa's restaurant served delicious breakfast and had a reasonably priced all-day menu. The bed was extremely comfortable and the staff were friendly. We also appreciated the mosquito coils that were lit each night. And of course, the pool was a great way to cool off after a long day of exploring.

The internet could be a bit stronger at times. Some of the staff at the front desk could have been friendlier, compared to my experiences at other places in Bali.

Beautiful villa with friendly staff and great location near restaurants. Perfect for two people. Pool can be cold in July. Breakfast was okay. Large bed with nice bedding. Bug net and coils provided. Will definitely come back. Villa has kitchenette and outdoor bathroom. Staff is helpful. Peaceful and quiet.
