I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff, especially Pak Mattias and Pak Eddy, made the check-in process smooth and fast. The restaurant had a vast selection of delicious food for breakfast. The location was also great, with beautiful beaches and pools. it was a wonderful holiday destination.

My recent stay at The Laguna, a Luxury Collection resort in Bali was absolutely amazing. I stayed for a week and it was the perfect destination for a relaxing vacation. The staff at the hotel was incredible, always greeting us with a smile and providing a VIP experience. The food at the Arwana restaurant was beyond excellent, some of the best dishes I've ever had. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with daily cleaning and attentive service. I also loved the beautiful pools and the stunning oceanfront location. this 5-star hotel exceeded my expectations and was worth every penny.

I had a fantastic experience at The Laguna A Luxury Collection Resort & Spa in Nusa Dua. From the moment I arrived, the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcomed and valued. The hotel itself is impeccable, and the attention to detail was evident throughout my stay. The location, the room, the food, and the facilities were all outstanding. I especially enjoyed the beautiful pools, including the semi-beach pool. The beach, while not perfect, still provided a pleasant setting for relaxation. I had a memorable and relaxing time at this luxury resort. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable stay in Bali.

This resort is in a great location, close to the airport and Benoa Beach. The many lagoon pools and cabanas on the beach provide plenty of options for relaxation. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The service from the staff was warm and friendly. The buffet breakfast had a wide range of options and the view from the resort was breathtaking. The facilities, such as the spa and happy hour, were enjoyable.
