Excellent staff and tranquil atmosphere

The staff at the property was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making my stay very pleasant. the peaceful and serene atmosphere, surrounded by nature's sounds, provided a perfect setting for relaxation. I only wish that the cleanliness and maintenance of the pool area and rooms were better managed for an even more enjoyable experience.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, being very close to the Monkey forest and right in the center, making it convenient. the serene atmosphere in the temple enhances the experience, providing a peaceful environment. the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained, the staff is friendly, and the gardens are beautiful.

The noise from the renovations nearby can be disruptive at times.

We partied at the COOLEST spots like Pura Tirta Empul Temple and the HOTEL TRIPLETS ENTERTAINMENT - so much FUN! the vibes were AMAZING, and we met the most AWESOME people. Highly recommend it for a RAD time!

Would love to see more late-night party options for young peeps like us - that would be LIT!

The hotel, with beautiful Balinese gardens and spacious, clean rooms, felt like a peaceful oasis. the friendly and welcoming staff made me feel like part of the family, offering a nice breakfast and assisting with any requests. Situated conveniently close to the Monkey Forest, everything was easily accessible, including cafes in the city center, and transportation to the airport was hassle-free on the last day.

My two-night stay at this lovely hotel was incredibly enlightening. the beautiful gardens, kind and helpful staff, and the authentic local experiences they provide like a Palm reading session and unique bike trips, truly made our visit special. Highly recommend for a peaceful and authentic retreat.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.
