Nothing could have been better.

We had a fantastic stay at Mandarin Oriental in Jakarta. The room service staff were welcoming and accommodating. The porter and concierge were extremely helpful. The receptionists, especially miss Vina, provided great assistance with our luggage. The entire staff made us feel special and welcome, from the front door greeters to the restaurant and spa teams. The facilities were excellent, the rooms beautiful, and the restaurants were top-notch. the staff were genuine, kind, and made our stay memorable.

The hotel had excellent service, with staff members going out of their way to make me feel welcome. They were professional and always had a smile on their faces. the concierge was amazing, helping me with a package that was stuck at Customs and personally delivering it to me. I was impressed with their dedication and customer service.

There were a few negative aspects. the location of the hotel was quite far from the city center, making it difficult to access attractions and other places of interest.

Amazing Birthday Surprise at Mandarin Oriental!

During my recent stay at Mandarin Oriental, I was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful and personalized service I received. It was my birthday, and the hotel staff not only took notice but went above and beyond to make it truly special. After a warm welcome and a smooth check-in, I was escorted to my room. To my delight, just a few minutes later, the front desk personnel surprised me with a birthday cake and a heartwarming rendition of "Happy Birthday" by a team of 10 people! I was truly touched by their genuine hospitality.

Lovely room decor, stunning view, comfortable and clean room. Attentive staff, know you by name, nightly turndown service. Special anniversary dinner in room. Service beats Four Seasons at half the price!

As foreign tourists, we loved the spacious room, especially the large bathroom with its makeup facility/vanity table. The separate toilet was a big plus. The hotel staff, including Jesslyn, Grace, Vollyn, Indra, Sasya. The concierge team led by Ryan, Oki, Clara, Galuh, and others were impeccable. Michele and Farhan from the reception team were attentive and always ready to assist. Yanakin and the restaurant team were quick to fulfill any requests. Reza from housekeeping was an artist with towel work and even noticed that I drink a lot of water, so he left extra bottles. The best massage I've ever had was by Evi at the spa, and Vios at the spa concierge was welcoming and friendly.

The breakfast offers a wide variety of Asian and Western cuisines. The hotel also provides facilities like a gym, sauna, and steam room.

The stay was truly amazing, with warm and personalized hospitality. the staff went above and beyond to make our celebration special and memorable. They arranged surprise decorations, a complementary birthday cake, and even a special dinner. It was definitely one of the warmest experiences we've had at a hotel. the location was also very convenient, being next to the embassy we had to visit. Moreover, the hotel provided shuttle service to nearby shopping centers, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Honestly, there was nothing to dislike about our stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect, from the friendly and helpful staff to the spacious and well-decorated rooms.

They went above and beyond to make our stay special, especially for our kids. the hotel had great activities for children during the holiday, such as painting, cooking classes, and movies. the breakfast was delicious and the staff handled the large number of guests efficiently. We also got a free room upgrade and a complimentary chocolate.

The hotel lobby can get crowded and there can be a long wait for check-in during peak times. Additionally, the hotel could improve the queuing system for breakfast to make it more organized.

Amazing stay at Mandarin Oriental. The staff brought my child a coloring book upon arrival and upgraded our room to a Premier Room. The room was well-maintained and clean. The bed and quilt were super comfy. The location was perfect for a staycation. The hotel even provided thoughtful amenities and snacks for kids. I highly recommend this hotel.
