The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and modern amenities such as tea and coffee.

The hotel's laundry service experienced delays and confusion, causing inconvenience for guests.

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices for the rooms. The staff provide excellent service and are very attentive to detail. The location is perfect, situated in the city center near the mall and within walking distance of several famous local restaurants. The basic amenities in the rooms on level 8 are well-maintained, and the rooms on level 7 have a decent desk for work. The breakfast served is delicious, with a variety of Indonesian cuisine.

We had a fantastic experience at Maxonehotels. The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The view from our room was lovely. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing quick check-in and helpful service. The rooftop Sky Bar was a highlight, with unique decorations and a stunning view. The cocktails were delicious and we even got a discount on our drinks. The breakfast, while a bit limited, was tasty and the waiters provided excellent service. we highly recommend Maxonehotels for a pleasant stay.

The location was good, as it was close to shopping malls and food places. the room was also decently sized and clean. the staff were friendly and helpful as well.

My stay during Christmas time was not the best. Despite the air conditioning being turned off, the room was uncomfortably warm and stuffy.
