They pay attention to detail, ensuring that the grounds are well-kept and the basic amenities are in good condition. Additionally, the hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to the harbor, the local beach that is perfect for swimming, and even the waterfalls for a day trip. The staff is friendly and attentive, treating guests like family, and the breakfast served is delicious.

The resort offers stunning pool and man-made beach areas with a tropical and jungley atmosphere. The rooms are like little apartments with separate living rooms, bedrooms, and spacious bathrooms. The staff, particularly Gecarica and Diwa, go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and provide exceptional service. Plus, the resort is located in a beautiful area with a view of the Lombok mountains. it's a paradise for young holiday goers.

We arrived late, hungry and tired after climbing Rinjani, but the staff at Medana Resort Lombok went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They arranged for a delicious meal to be delivered to our room and provided hot running water for a relaxing bath after our climb. The apartment was beautiful, with a unique outdoor shower and a mini fridge stocked with complimentary water, beer, and juice. The lush garden surroundings added to the peaceful atmosphere. Additionally, the owner's son, Orig, was extremely helpful, driving us to the harbor the next morning free of charge. I highly recommend this resort for an overnight stay before heading to Gili Islands.

The beds were not very comfortable, and the resort is quite far from attractions, requiring a scooter rental to get around. However, these were known factors beforehand and did not significantly impact our overall experience.

The bed was incredibly comfy and the room was spacious. the pool was lovely and the location was perfect as it was near the beach and had nice view of the mountains. the resort also provided taxi service which was very helpful.

The staff was very unhelpful and unfriendly. We experienced poor customer service upon arrival - no one was at the reception desk and we had to wait 30 minutes for someone to check us in.
