We recently stayed at this hotel and it was a wonderful experience. The location of this place is fantastic, right inside the park and by the seaside in the north of Jakarta. The staff here were incredibly friendly and always helpful. From the receptionists to the entrance staff, they served us with good service and had a nice welcome service including the bell boy staff. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable big bed. The amenities provided in the room were great, including the flat-screen TV and the in-room safe. The hotel also has a great outdoor swimming pool and a beautiful garden area. We really enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to our family and friends.

Had a great Christmas experience at a beach hotel. the room was spacious and comfortable. the complimentary kids swimming pool was a hit with my children and they would have loved to try the slides as well. the kids club, billiard tables and delicious breakfast were also a plus. the key location aspect was the beautiful sea view from our room at the old tower.

The wifi kept dropping and disconnecting quite often and the hot water ran out when taking a shower in the morning which was quite a nuisance.

Staff went above and beyond, upgrading our room to a suite with ocean view. Clean rooms and enjoyable weekend activities. Nice breakfast variety and pleasant reception and entrance staff. Convenient location for exploring Ancol.
