I was pleasantly surprised by the helpful and attentive staff at Mercure. One specific incident stood out when I needed help with my room's safety deposit box. The maintenance personnel quickly came to my aid and even informed me that they had replaced the batteries in all the room's safety deposit boxes to prevent this issue for future guests. The level of care and consideration shown by the staff was truly commendable. I would highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service.
