I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and was impressed by the great location and the attentive staff who genuinely cared about the guests. The pool area had stunning views and I loved being able to watch the sunset from there. Even though we faced a few issues with our room, the hotel staff quickly resolved them, showing their dedication to guest satisfaction. The breakfast was a significant improvement from my previous visit in May, and I enjoyed the pool being open late, allowing me to relax even after dark. Despite the minor criticisms, the hotel staff's responsiveness made all the difference, and I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, attentive staff, and beautiful pool area.

The location of the hotel is a major advantage, as it is conveniently situated right in front of the beach. This allows guests to easily access the stunning Bali beach and enjoy breathtaking views. Additionally, being centrally located, the hotel provides easy access to nearby attractions and amenities, making it a convenient choice for travelers.

The cleanliness of the rooms leaves much to be desired. Guests have reported dirty pillowcases, bedcases, and towels, giving the impression that these items have not been changed for quite some time.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights and loved every minute of it! This venue is situated right on the beach and in the touristic area. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and eager to assist us with anything we needed. They provided us with welcoming drinks upon our arrival and showed us to our large room with a balcony and soundproofed walls. The room was equipped with all amenities, including air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a refrigerator.

The highlight of our stay was using the rooftop pool and enjoying the stunning views of the beach. Although the breakfast was served by the staff and had limited options, we greatly enjoyed our dining experience.
