Excellent customer service! We were welcomed with a personal note from the management and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The food at the hotel was exceptional, both at breakfast and for dinner. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and there was a 24-hour shop in the reception for snacks and drinks. The hotel also offered a free shuttle to nearby malls. we had a great experience and would highly recommend Natya Hotel Kuta. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located near the surfing factory outlets and the airport. The staff was very hospitable and willing to make our stay comfortable, offering complimentary drinks upon arrival and a daily room cleaning service. They also helped us to book our onward travel arrangements.

The rooms were basic and the lighting was dim which was a bit of a downside during the evening hours. the noise levels from slamming doors and loud guests in the connecting rooms made it difficult to sleep.

This hotel is strategically located in one of the main roads in Kuta, making it easy to reach from the airport and surrounded by restaurants, mini markets, and other amenities within walking distance. It's only a 15-20 minute walk to the Kuta Art Market, The Beachwalk Mall, and Mall Galeria, which is very convenient. The staff here provides excellent service, always ready with a smile and kind greetings, and they pay attention to even the smallest details. The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities such as a TV and a safety deposit box, and the beds are comfortable. One of the best features of this hotel is the beautiful pool and bar area, which is a nice place to relax.
