We had an absolutely perfect and beautiful stay with our family at this remote resort. The villas were huge, stunning, and spotless. We enjoyed the amazing floating breakfast with a beautiful view. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, even surprising my husband with a birthday cake and singing to him. We loved the pool and the beautiful jungle scenery. The breakfast was delicious, the best we had in Bali.

We did encounter one annoyance with the hosts and drivers constantly trying to upsell us on extra activities and services.

I had an incredible stay at Nau Villa in Ubud. We stayed for two nights in July and everything exceeded my expectations. The staff treated us like royalty, with a personal touch in their service. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and they even organized my personal belongings for easier access. The driver provided by Nau Villa was exceptional, going above and beyond to help us when we got lost. The food and services were top-notch, and they even accommodated our early morning check-out by allowing us to enjoy the floating breakfast the night before. The staff's attention to detail, including a flower bath and bed decoration, made our anniversary extra special. We can't wait to return to Nau Villa Ubud!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The private villa with an infinity pool was absolutely stunning. The outdoor rain shower and huge stone bowl bath were such unique features. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we loved the peaceful and quiet location. The staff went above and beyond to provide attentive and friendly service, making us feel right at home. The dinner we ordered for room service was delicious, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options that were all incredibly tasty.

the online pictures do not do justice to the breathtaking views of the rice fields from the terrace. the staff at the villa went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. From the airport pickup and drop off to the cooking class with Yogi, everything was seamlessly arranged. the villa itself was luxurious, clean, and private, providing the perfect setting for a romantic staycation. the pool was great and the staff even arranged a romantic dinner for us which was beautifully decorated and served delicious food. I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay.

We had an amazing stay at a serene and quiet location, surrounded by beautiful greenery. the staff were excellent, always serving with a smile and quick to help. the food, both for dinner and the floating breakfast, was delicious. the pool was clean and the outdoor tub was awesome. the cozy villa had comfortable beds and a working AC. Though there were some difficulties with the WiFi in the room, they provided us with a small 4G device. the romantic candlelight dinner was a highlight of our stay. we really enjoyed our time at Nau Villa Ubud.

The hotel had a beautiful view and a great outdoor shower and bath. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and treated guests with joy and smiling faces. The food served at the hotel was delicious, with a wide range of affordable options available. The hotel also had a lovely mini garden area, perfect for a candle light dinner or snack.

The front desk staff never seemed to answer the phone.

From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us like royalty. the friendly service from Wahya and his team really stood out. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even provided great recommendations for local food and souvenirs. the villa itself was impeccable, with a beautiful swimming pool and romantic decor. the highlight was the delicious food, both the Balinese and international cuisines were fantastic. I highly recommend Nau Villa for a relaxing and luxurious getaway.

nau villa ubud was a dream! staff incredible, kind, accommodating. gorgeous lobby, scenic views. complimentary tea time with delicious illusion coffee. dinner was good. super clean, gorgeous room with dream bathroom, pool, and rice terrace views. floating breakfast awesome. overall incredible experience, breathtaking resort. wished we stayed longer!

We enjoyed breakfast in the pool and indulged in a Balinese massage. The facilities were well-maintained and clean, and the food was exceptional.

The location was a bit far from sights, shops, and restaurants, requiring transportation planning ahead.
