Our stay at Neo Puri Indah was delightful. We were impressed by the modern design of the hotel and the friendly staff. The location was perfect for us, as it was within walking distance of both Luppo Mall and Puri Indah Mall. We also appreciated the convenience of having a hypermarket and supermarket nearby. The rooms were tidy and spacious, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom had a proper shower with good water pressure. We were pleased with the amenities provided, including toothbrushes, cotton swabs, and a shower cap. The housekeeping staff, especially Abi and his trainee, were incredibly friendly and ensured we had a pleasant stay. The laundry service was also satisfactory. we would highly recommend Neo Puri Indah for its excellent value for money.

That the window soundproofing could be improved, as we could hear loud street noises from our room on the main street. But apart from that, our experience was fantastic.
