We had a great stay at this place! The staff at the reception desk were fast to respond and help with every single request. The location in the city center was really convenient, as we were right on the main street and in the center of everything. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, from the ironing facilities to the air conditioning. The dining options were fantastic, with a restaurant and a bar/lounge area. The spa & wellness center was a great place to relax, with an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, massage services, and a spa lounge. The Wi-Fi was reliable and we had no problems connecting. The on-site car park and luggage storage were also very helpful.

We highly recommend this hotel to all.

Spent New Year's Eve at a well-situated hotel in the heart of Makassar with many delightful amenities. the room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was scrumptious. we were delighted with the pool and gym, which were well maintained.

Although the staff tried their best to assist me, they weren't able to meet my expectations. the gym equipment needs upgrading, and the Wi-Fi connection was slow and intermittent.
