We stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel for one night before catching a ferry to Gili Air. The staff was incredibly helpful and even arranged our ferry tickets for us in advance. The location was perfect as it was just a minute's walk to the harbor. From our balcony, we could see the boats coming and going, making it very convenient for our travel plans. The hotel itself was quite fancy compared to other places in the area, and the price reflected that. However, it was worth the extra money for the enhanced comfort and quality services we received. The pool and garden were beautiful and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant, although a bit overpriced, served delicious meals. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The only downside we experienced was that our room was located next to a noisy bar, which was not the hotel's fault. However, this minor inconvenience did not ruin our overall experience.

Everything was fantastic.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the dock for the boats to Lombok and the Gilis. The staff were friendly, the prices were affordable, and the restaurant had delicious food. They even offered diving lessons! The tranquility of the small spa was the cherry on top. I highly recommend this hotel for a convenient and enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic time at the resort. The location was perfect as it was right opposite the jetty to get the boat over to Gili Islands. The rooms were excellent, with great beds and everything was nice and clean. The hotel staff were all really friendly and helpful. We also loved the diving experience, the dive masters were wonderful and the focus on the divers was evident. The food at the restaurant was delicious and overall, the accommodations were top notch. It was a great value for our money and we would highly recommend staying at Ok Divers Resort & Spa.

We loved the location of this hotel, as it was very close to the ferry pier. It made it convenient for us to catch our boat to the nearby islands. The room was spacious and clean, and we had a great view of the bay from our top room. The staff provided excellent service and were very helpful. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious, with a great selection of dishes. Additionally, the diving experience was amazing, with knowledgeable guides and a well-equipped diving school.

We did find that there were not many sun loungers available, making it difficult to find a spot by the pool.

The hotel has well-maintained facilities and comfortable rooms. the hotel’s proximity to restaurants and key attractions made it very convenient for us to explore the area. , the staff are friendly and welcoming which created a warm environment for our stay.

The hotel at times could be a bit noisy due to nearby ferry horns. the hotel’s price didn’t match up with the experience as we found the quality of some amenities to be subpar.

I stayed at a resort in Padangbai that was located just across the street from the port where you catch the ferry to go to the Gili islands. The staff at the resort were very friendly and kind. The room was clean and well-presented, and the breakfast was fantastic, especially the fresh watermelon juice. The hotel also provided a pick-up service from the airport at a reasonable price. it was a convenient and pleasant stay.

The hotel facilities were great, with a relaxing atmosphere and amazing pools. We particularly enjoyed the dive and snorkel facilities, which were very professional. Additionally, the location was perfect, right in the middle of two beautiful beaches. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a buffet for cereals, fruits, and drinks, as well as made-to-order hot food. our experience at this hotel was top-notch, and we were very happy with our choice.
