We were blown away by the luxurious amenities at this hotel. The private facilities were incredible, and we felt pampered with the beauty treatments offered. The garden area was a perfect spot to unwind, and the bar/lounge area was ideal for socializing with other guests. The location was also a plus, with easy access to popular attractions.

We did experience a minor issue during our stay. The service was a bit slow at times, and it took longer than expected for our requests to be fulfilled.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the great breakfast options and the comfortable and clean beds. the location was also convenient, as it was close to many good restaurants and cafes. the friendly and helpful staff made my stay more enjoyable.

The dated bathrooms had some showers with terrible water pressure. one night there was loud music playing until 11pm, which made it difficult to sleep.
