The staff is polite, nice, and helpful. The bed and pillows are super comfy. The breakfast selection is varied and superb. The hotel has modern facilities and is disable-friendly. The pool is heated and has a non-chemical treatment.

Nice beds and comfortable pillows! The breakfast was also pretty good with lots of variety. The location was very convenient and easy to get around to nearby attractions. The pool was pretty big and clean too!

The service was not up to par. We arrived pretty late and were disappointed to find out that there was no restaurant open for dinner and we had to go out to find something to eat. Additionally, when we tried to order a cocktail, we were informed that only beer was available, which was quite disappointing. the hotel had some good points, but the lack of service was quite a letdown.

The hotel was a luxurious retreat with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all our needs. The staff were polite and friendly, making us feel right at home. From the comfy bed to the superb breakfast, everything was perfect. We especially appreciated the heated outdoor swimming pool. Set in a spacious and clean garden area, the pool was like swimming in the sea, complete with saltwater and no chemicals, providing an exclusive and relaxing experience.

The only minor issue we had was with the availability of food and drinks. When we arrived at the hotel late at night, there were no open restaurants, and we were informed that only beer was available instead of cocktails.

My recent stay at Padma Hotel was fantastic! The modern facilities and comfortable bed made for a truly enjoyable experience. I especially loved the delicious Indonesian food served at the restaurant. The pool was clean and spacious, perfect for relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel.
