We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. Located just outside of the hustle and bustle of the city, it offered a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The hotel is brand new and everything was in perfect condition. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a beautiful balcony overlooking the stunning rice fields. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, making us feel like part of their family. The pool area was amazing, providing a relaxing and peaceful retreat. we had a wonderful experience and felt incredibly comfortable and safe during our stay.

The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and high-quality amenities in the bathroom. The staff is friendly and accommodating, even upgrading rooms when possible. The hotel also offers delicious and affordable food from nearby restaurants. The location provides a peaceful retreat away from the hustle of the city center.

One downside is that the hotel lacks certain amenities advertised, such as a bar and a functioning restaurant.

The view from our balcony to the rice terrace was breathtaking. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and organized tours for us. The room was comfortable and the bathroom had high-quality materials. The hotel provided a free shuttle to Ubud center. I highly recommend this hotel.

Spent my Christmas holiday at this hotel and it was a memorable experience. the staff is friendly and helpful, always willing to make your stay comfortable. the view from the balcony of the rice terraces is stunning and the breakfast is delicious. the hotel provides a shuttle service to the city center, which is very convenient.

One downside is the distance from the city center, not feasible to travel by foot. However, the hotel provides a free shuttle service twice a day.
