Nestled in a serene village, this hotel is the perfect retreat for those seeking a tranquil getaway. With its location high in the mountains, guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the Agung volcano. The restaurant area offers a panoramic view that adds to the dining experience. The well-furnished rooms provide comfort and a stunning view, including from the bed. The attentive staff goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay, even fulfilling guests' special requests.

Although the hotel is surrounded by nature, it is important to note that insects can be found on the property, which may disturb some guests.

The hotel is located in the mountains, making it a peaceful and serene retreat, with breathtaking views of the Agung volcano. The staff are friendly, providing great service and the rooms come with an amazing terrace, where you can relax and enjoy the tropical ambiance. Lastly, the breakfast served is also great and there is a cafe for your convenience.

All aspects of this hotel were great.

The photos and videos we captured do not do justice to the beauty we experienced. The staff was incredibly kind and friendly, and the prices for the on-site amenities were reasonable. The outdoor shower and bath added a romantic touch to our stay. Patal Kikian Villa provided a truly memorable and serene experience.

While the location is remote, it's perfect for a two-day relaxation getaway. The WiFi in the cottage on the right side of the pool was almost non-existent.

The girl who manages the place is very helpful, kind, and organized. The pool and view are amazing. The room is spacious and comfortable. The hotel team is friendly and prices are reasonable.

Can't fault anything about it.

During my Thanksgiving stay, I was impressed with the beautiful view, which was one of the best aspects of this hidden gem. the complementary breakfast spread was excellent, and the staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. the huge shower and bathroom, comfortable bathrobes, and well-behaved local cat and dogs were also nice touches.

There were a few downsides. the unpaved and steep driveway up to the hotel was a bit off-putting, and the distant location without nearby eateries or stores was inconvenient.

As old people, we absolutely loved the stunning view of the valley and the possibility of catching a glimpse of Mount Agung. The staff provided excellent service and helped us with our baggage up the steep steps to our room. The hotel had the best view in Sideman and the pool area was well-maintained. The staff also arranged transportation for us and were very attentive and helpful throughout our stay.

Felt very special, no complaints.
