Located close to popular food options and easy to catch a trishaw to dinner. the staff were friendly and efficient, with a shout out to Mba Salma, Mba Ratna and Mas Oddie for exceptional service. the buffet breakfast was ample and delicious, with finger-licking good food.

The hotel location was a bit far from popular tourist spots and attractions. On one of the days, we noticed a musky odor in our bath towels and the shower cubicle had no proper partition, making the vanity area wet after each shower.

The staff at Khas Tugu Hotel were exceptionally warm and friendly, making me feel right at home during my stay. The hotel's location was also ideal, with plenty of food stalls nearby and even a traditional market within walking distance. The room was comfortable and the bed and pillows were nice and fluffy. Despite the minor inconvenience of not having a hair dryer in the room, the guest service staff were always prompt in bringing one when requested. I had a great experience at Khas Tugu Hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again when I return to Jogjakarta.

It is also situated close to various tourist attractions, such as Tugu Statue, allowing guests to easily explore the area. The rooms are comfortable, with fluffy beds and pillows ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff is warm and friendly, providing excellent service.

The breakfast options could be more varied, which may result in guests finding it repetitive after a few days.
