I recently had a lovely stay at a hotel in Ubud. the staff, including Fisson, Shanti, Widi, and manager Agus. the pools were beautiful and impeccably clean, and the rooms were very nice. the hotel also offered complimentary activities like guided morning walks and yoga, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone and would definitely choose to stay here again when I return to Ubud.

The service at this hidden gem of a hotel was exceptional. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our every need was taken care of. They were friendly, helpful, and always had a warm smile on their faces. the check-in process was a breeze and we were welcomed with refreshing drinks and cool towels. the manager even gave us a complimentary upgrade to a room with a breathtaking view of the rice fields and pool.

One disappointment was the misinformation we received about the yoga classes at the hotel. We had specifically booked this hotel with the intention of doing yoga every day, only to find out that the classes were only held a few times a week.

This hotel is located in the center of town, making it very convenient for exploring all that the city has to offer. It is also in close proximity to a major supermarket, making it easy to grab any essentials you may need during your stay. Additionally, it is a short distance from Monkey Forest, a popular tourist attraction.

Some guests have mentioned that the communication about their cancelled yoga class was poor.

During the New Year week, we received two complementary welcome cocktails and had a fantastic view of the city skyline from the rooftop. the hotel's location was perfect for our plans, as it was within walking distance of many bars and restaurants. the hotel had a great gym that we enjoyed using.

Our room was very noisy, as it faced a busy street, and we could hear traffic and honking horns all day and night. the staff was somewhat unresponsive to our complaints about the noise and didn't offer us a room change or discount.

My stay at Plataran was absolutely incredible. I stayed for 4 nights and everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location is perfect, just steps away from Monkey Forest but tucked away from the city chaos. The staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The daily drink specials in the lounge were a nice touch, and the breakfast buffet in the beautiful restaurant overlooking the pool was expansive. The two pools were clean and spacious, and the rooms were comfortable. I will definitely be back here.

I had an amazing stay at a beautiful hotel in the heart of Ubud. The location was perfect, with the hotel grounds feeling serene and secluded despite being in the main area. The restaurant and bar served delicious food, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. The cycling tour I went on was fantastic, thanks to the friendly and knowledgeable guide. The spa was impeccably clean, and the two pools were a great place to relax. The gym, although small, had everything I needed for a quick workout. I can't say anything but good things about this place. It may be a bit expensive, but it's definitely worth it.

This hotel is exquisite, with luxurious amenities that fulfilled all our needs. the service was outstanding, and the spa and wellness center was a true oasis for relaxation. We also enjoyed the live entertainment and the delicious snacks and refreshing drinks at the bar/lounge area. the outdoor swimming pool was a treat with its stunning views and comfortable sun loungers. the food was halal and the in-room breakfast was superb. This hotel is perfect for those looking for a private and exclusive location to unwind and recharge.
