Nothing I didn't like.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location was strategically located near restos and stores. We could easily walk around and explore. The hotel also offered a variety of breakfast options, despite some issues with the breakfast arrangement.

Felt more than at home, no reason to complain.

Christmas at this hotel was a disappointment. However, they offered two complimentary drinks at check-in, which was a nice gesture. the location was convenient, right in the middle of the city. My favorite aspect was the gym located on-site, which was included in the stay.

Our stay was plagued with issues. the room was not clean and caused an allergic reaction in my partner.

The location of Pullman Grand Central is fantastic, right across from Gedung Sate and Lapangan Gasibu. It's a beautiful area to explore, with lovely walks and a safe neighborhood. The buffet breakfast at the hotel is impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel has implemented excellent health protocols, with dedicated servers at every food station and touchless hand sanitizers throughout the building. The room itself is spacious, well-furnished, and the amenities are as expected. I highly recommend this hotel.

the Spa centre and its highly professional staff gave me a rejuvenating and relaxing experience. the private facilities in my room allowed me to have a peaceful and comfortable stay. the location was perfect, just a few steps away from the city center, making it easy for me to explore the surrounding area.

Although the service was impeccable, and the staff polite and helpful, I did encounter one minor issue, the outdoor swimming pool was not as clean as I had hoped. Despite this, the garden area surrounding the pool was beautifully maintained, and I had no problem enjoying the space.

Located in a very nice area of the city, the hotel is near public areas with plenty of good restaurants and small boutiques. The staff are friendly and accommodating, offering fast service and providing extra towels and water bottles when requested. The room setup is decent, with a selection of comfortable beds and pillows. Additionally, in-room dining is great, providing tasty and fresh meals for guests.

One negative aspect is that the cleanliness of the hotel needs improvement, as one guest experienced an allergic reaction due to possible bedbugs.
