I had a great stay at this hotel. the breakfast selection at Pullman was excellent, with plenty of choices. the location is fantastic, right on the main street and close to many attractions and shopping areas. the waiters were attentive and helpful, catering to our needs. I also had the pleasure of being upgraded to a lovely suite. I enjoyed experiencing the car-free Sunday morning with lots of people jogging and street vendors.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of Jakarta and had a great experience. The hotel staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. The meeting facilities were complete, making it convenient for business purposes. The buffet lunch was satisfying, and the variety of food options was impressive. The room itself was excellent, with attention to detail and little touches that made my stay comfortable. The hotel's location, just a short walk away from shopping centers, was also a big plus. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

There was also a sauna, jacuzzi, and steam room, which were all well-maintained. The location of the hotel was ideal, situated in the heart of this city. It was conveniently close to everything, making it easy to explore and get around.

Bed was comfortable, breakfast had diverse options, staff were helpful and polite. Upgraded to a grand deluxe king room with a fantastic view of the street. Bathroom was immaculate and fresh towels were provided. Convenient access to the main road and extra services like PCR testing and a lobby piano were appreciated.

Guests can easily take a short walk to Little Tokyo at Blok M or enjoy a shopping spree at nearby malls. The rooms are well-decorated with personalized touches, like the welcome back sign and photos displayed in the room. The breakfast buffet offers a wide range of delicious food, and the staff provides excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay.

Some of the facilities in the hotel, such as the old-fashioned rooms and outdated TV with poor image quality, could use an upgrade to enhance the overall experience for guests.

Not obvious to find.

Staying at this hotel was an incredibly luxurious experience. From the exclusive amenities to the helpful staff, everything was perfect. the Spa & wellness centre felt like stepping into a whole other world of relaxation. the indoor swimming pool was a real highlight, with a sauna and jacuzzi just steps away. We indulged in a body scrub followed by a massage and facial, all of which were divine. the Spa lounge provided a serene space to unwind before and after treatments, while the treatment room was immaculately clean and comfortable. the restaurant served delicious halal food with poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area, offering an array of tasty options with excellent service. It was an unforgettable stay.

Although it had location advantages, we felt the hotel was a bit far from the city center.

Got freebies upon arrival - fruit basket and cookies. the location is great as it is near malls and restaurants. the pool is also a plus, it's clean and has a good view of the city.

The room is a bit old and needs renovation. the air conditioning system is also not working well.

I got great value for my money and the room was comfortable. The hotel's location was convenient, with malls and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were friendly and the property was clean.
