The location was perfect, right in the city center and in front of the beach. the hotel had three beautiful swimming pools and a nice restaurant. the staff was very helpful and even arranged taxis and diving trips for me. the room was okay, but the bed was comfy and there was a fridge. it was a great value for the money and I would highly recommend staying at Puri Rai.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Padangbai and had an amazing experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is located right by the harbour, making it convenient for island hopping. We stayed at Puri Rai Hotel for a short visit and it exceeded our expectations. The location was excellent, allowing us to easily access the Blue Lagoon beach and the fast boat docks. The king-size double bed was comfortable and the air-conditioning kept us cool in the hot weather. The staff, especially the gentleman at the reception, were courteous and helpful, making arrangements for boat tickets and providing directions. The hotel's beautiful garden and three swimming pools created a peaceful oasis amidst the bustling village. The breakfast was good and sufficient, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. a great place to stay with friendly and helpful staff.

We had a fantastic stay at Puri Rai in Padangbai. the hotel grounds are beautiful and spacious, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the room and bathroom were both spacious and comfortable. the highlight for us was definitely the three swimming pools, which were perfect for our kids to enjoy while my husband went scuba diving. We loved it so much that we ended up staying longer than planned. the hotel also offered good value for the money, which was a pleasant surprise compared to our previous experience at another resort. it was a great choice for our family.
