the staff were incredibly professional and helpful, especially Budi at reception who went above and beyond to assist us with our fast boat cancellations. the breakfast staff were also attentive and accommodating to my dietary requirements. the restaurant had delicious food options for both breakfast and dinner, and the view of the beach was stunning. the bungalows were spacious and had fabulous hot showers, a luxury after staying in homestays and hostels. the rooms were always clean and tidy, with complimentary bottles of water provided. the facilities like the pool and fast wifi were great, and the beautiful gardens added to the serene atmosphere. Checking out was quick and easy, with payment accepted by card. the location was also convenient, being close to the beach.

The location of the hotel is ideal for families with children as it is right across the street from the beach, making it very convenient to spend a day by the seaside. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful, providing great service during our stay. The breakfast options may be limited, but the Nasi was delicious and satisfying. Additionally, the central pool and nice gardens add to the overall pleasant atmosphere of the hotel.

The WiFi in the rooms is quite poor and unreliable, which can be a hassle for guests who depend on a strong internet connection.

Spent my Xmas break at a hotel near a gorgeous beach. Loved the easy access to the nearby scooter rental service and the helpfulness of the staff. the breakfast was quite good with a decent selection of dishes.

The absence of mosquito nets was a problem for me and the rooms could use an upgrade with a fresh coat of paint. the hotel's Wi-Fi wasn't the best either and made it hard to stay connected.

Cozy bungalows with private porches facing the clean pool. Friendly and warm staff. Excellent breakfast menu and restaurant food. Convenient distance from town, but beachfront with beautiful sunset views. Easy check-out process, cards accepted.

Relaxing by the pool at Puri Rinjani Bungalows was a true delight. The peaceful ambiance allowed us to unwind and enjoy our time in Kuta. The bungalow itself was comfortable and provided a serene retreat during our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a tranquil vacation experience.
