During my New Year stay, I appreciated the complimentary toiletries and the clean beds offered by the hotel. the location was also unbeatable, as it was situated close to the mall and other dining options. I also enjoyed the hot water shower in the bathroom, which was perfect for the chilly weather.

My experience was largely negative due to the poor service provided by the staff. the driver was impolite and showed no warmth in his attitude towards me.
