I had a wonderful stay at Radisson. the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. They were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free room upgrade and a complimentary welcome drink. the rooms were well-equipped and comfortable, and the wifi was reliable. I enjoyed my stay so much that I even came back for a second visit. the hotel's location, just a 10-minute walk from the mall, was convenient and enjoyable.

The hotel had a convenient location, not far from the center of the city. It was easy to find a quick bite to eat at KFC fast food restaurant nearby, and there was also a nice coffee shop called Dominico within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, with a modern bathroom and great amenities. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of options. The view from the room was also pleasant, offering a nice glimpse of the surroundings.

The soundproofing of the rooms was not up to par.

They went out of their way to make me feel welcome. the breakfast offered a good range of Indonesian dishes and Continental options including an egg station, breads, cereals, fresh fruits, and more. the location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions.

The pool area left much to be desired. It appeared to be outdated and could use some refurbishment.

During my recent trip to northern Sumatra, I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that truly left a lasting impression. From the moment I stepped into the beautifully designed lobby, I knew that the Radisson in Medan was something special.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in the center of Medan. The location was perfect, close to famous places and within a short distance from the city center. The staff provided exceptional service and their hospitality was truly commendable. They always gave their best to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The room amenities were top-notch, with comfortable sitting areas and all necessary facilities such as air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and an electric kettle.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The staff were helpful and guest-focused during our 14-day stay at a newly managed hotel in Medan. The room on the second floor was modern and had a reliable air conditioning system. The breakfast offered a good range of Indonesian and Continental dishes with an egg station and fresh fruits. The hotel had a fitness area and two swimming pools. The hotel is still undergoing renovations, but it did not impact our pleasant stay.
