The value for money at The Ritz-Carlton was exceptional, with clean and tidy rooms and direct pool access. The staff treated us with extraordinary hospitality, making us feel comfortable and welcomed throughout our stay.

The breakfast items could be more varied and satisfying.

As young travelers, we absolutely loved the variety of dining options available at The Ritz-Carlton Bali. The Beach restaurants, although having similar menus, offered a great selection for our evening meals by the sea. The staff at the hotel were exceptional and provided helpful and friendly service throughout our stay. The location was stunning, with incredible views and a spectacular pool. The lagoon suite with access to a shared semi-private pool was a fantastic feature. The property itself was spotless and maintained to a high standard. we had a truly excellent experience.

Absolutely nothing.

The resort is situated in a stunning location with lush greens and even cute monkeys roaming around, creating a magical atmosphere. The various restaurants offer delicious cuisines, including a traditional Thanksgiving dinner. The breakfast is varied and satisfying, and the pool and restaurants are beautiful. The staff, especially the concierge, are extremely helpful and provide excellent service. The spa is heavenly, with highly skilled therapists offering relaxing treatments. The sky villa suite is enormous and the bathrooms are beautiful, providing a comfortable and luxurious stay.

Walking on the beach can be difficult as it is sandy and you sink up to your knee with each step.

I had a truly amazing stay at The Ritz-Carlton in Bali. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was blown away by the breathtaking view of the blue ocean. The room was enormous and cozy, and I especially loved the hydropool for some relaxation. The Indonesian food at the hotel was absolutely fantastic, and the afternoon tea at the RC lounge and bar was my favorite experience. The staff, particularly Eva, Claudia, and Adi, were incredibly helpful and made my stay even more memorable. The koi pond was a delightful touch and feeding the koi fish was a unique experience. I had a fantastic holiday and will definitely be returning.

Beautiful property with amazing amenities. Staff are extremely attentive and provide excellent customer service. The breakfast buffet is delicious and has a wide variety of options. The pool access rooms are lovely and well-maintained. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay in the area.

From the moment I stepped into this luxurious hotel, I was impressed by the top-notch service. The staff went out of their way to accommodate my needs and ensure a comfortable stay. The Spa & wellness centre provided the perfect escape with its indoor swimming pool, sauna, and full body massages. The outdoor swimming pool was stunning with its beach access and sun loungers. The garden area was tranquil, and the BBQ facilities made for a perfect outdoor dining experience, while the restaurant offered delicious halal food.

Although the hotel's facilities were outstanding, the only minor issue I faced was with the Wi-Fi connection, which was not consistent in certain areas. Nevertheless, the hotel's entertainment, leisure/TV room, and beachfront location more than compensated for it.

The rooms were fantastic - huge and comfortable beds, lovely touches like bookmarks and towel animals, and complimentary sweets. The staff were incredibly helpful and always had a smile. The breakfast spread was one of the best, and the grounds were beautiful with a 24h gym.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

It was Christmas and everything was decorated beautifully! We received complimentary champagne and festive treats in our room on arrival. The location was perfect, right on the beach with stunning views of the sea. The kids’ club was an absolute hit with our children and allowed us to have some time to ourselves.

The hotel lacked the luxurious feeling that we have experienced in other hotels of the same price range. The food and drinks were overpriced and not as tasty as expected.
