We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city center, with a traditional market and Suzuya Super Store just a stone's throw away. We also loved being close to the local markets, where we could explore and try different local delicacies. The service here was top-notch, with room service and laundry available whenever we needed it.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Suzuya Super Store and a shopping street, making it easy to take a stroll for sightseeing or to explore the local markets. The rooms are quite spacious, with queen size beds, a flat-screen TV, and a mini bar. The bathrooms are also sizable, with a "hydro-massage" shower. The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including coffee/tea sachets, toothbrushes, shower gel/shampoo, and slippers. The room service is fast and efficient, and the breakfast buffet has a mix of local and international options, including an egg corner for made-to-order omelets and fried eggs.

The check-in and check-out process can be slow at times.

The spacious room offered a comfortable king-size bed and a good-sized bathroom with hot water in the shower. The buffet breakfast was enjoyable with tropical fruits and an Indonesian menu. The pool was a refreshing relief from the heat.

The WiFi signal was too weak, and the air conditioning was not cool enough. There was no safe deposit box as advertised.
