I recently spent Easter at a charming hotel in Ubud. the staff were amazing, going above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. the spacious rooms were equipped with comfortable king size beds and large bathtubs. the hotel's location was perfect, right in the center of town, making it easy to explore the main attractions and restaurants. Additionally, the delicious breakfast provided a great start to the day.

One drawback was the distance between the reception and the rooms around the pool, which involved navigating steps and a small but steep hill. This made it a bit tiring, especially after a long day out.

The hotel was conveniently located near the popular Monkey Forest, with easy access to restaurants and markets. The spacious and clean room had nice views and a comfortable bed. The breakfast options were delicious, including tasty eggs Benedict. The tranquil environment of the hotel added to the overall experience. The facilities, such as the spa and swimming pool, looked great.

The check-in process was a bit disorganized, but the manager eventually resolved the issue.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cette résidence située au cœur des montagnes. La vue depuis l'appartement était tout simplement magnifique, avec les montagnes en toile de fond. La chambre était confortable et bien équipée, avec beaucoup de rangements pour mes affaires. La salle de bain était également très agréable, avec une baignoire pour se détendre après une journée de randonnée. Le personnel était sympathique et arrangeant, toujours prêt à répondre à mes demandes. L'emplacement de la résidence était idéal, très proche du Col de Madelaine, ce qui m'a permis de profiter de belles balades en pleine nature. Je recommande vivement cette résidence pour ceux qui recherchent un séjour au calme et en pleine nature.

J'ai trouvé que la connexion wifi était limitée et assez chère, ce qui était un inconvénient pour rester connecté pendant mon séjour.

The monkeys near the hotel were a constant annoyance, especially during the mornings and late afternoons. They would climb on the villa, trees, and even the roof.

Upon arriving at Royal Kamuela, I was immediately captivated by the lush surroundings and the warm hospitality of the staff. The tranquil pools, adorned with frangipani flowers, provided a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The spacious and beautifully designed room, with its comfortable bed and modern amenities, made me feel right at home. It was a delight to wake up to the breathtaking view of the monkey forest and Bisma Street from the restaurant while enjoying a delicious and fulfilling breakfast. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the Monkey Forest, shops, restaurants, and spas. The availability of a free shuttle bus was an added convenience. The presence of monkeys in the grounds added to the unique charm of the resort and the security measures put in place ensured our safety. The hotel truly lived up to its reputation and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Although my stay at Royal Kamuela was incredible, there were a few minor inconveniences. The long walk from the reception to the rooms around the pool, especially for those with mobility issues, could be exhausting after a tiring day of exploring.

Great facilities and superb location. It was easy to get to most of the tourist attractions and restaurants. the jacuzzi and breakfast were the standout features.

I visited during the Easter holiday and the hotel was quite full. the staff struggled to keep up with the increased demand and the service wasn't as good as I had expected from a place like this.

Spacious rooms with lovely wood panelling, enormous bath, and great lighting. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, and a peaceful pool area. Conveniently located close to attractions, shops, and restaurants. Worth paying extra for a special experience.

I was amazed by the attention to detail in the rooms at Royal Kamuela. The stylish and spacious layout, along with the modern decor, made for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the crisp white sheets and towels added a touch of luxury. The staff, particularly Budi at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the attractions in Ubud. The hotel grounds were well-maintained and the public pool was a great place to relax. The hotel breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

The employees are beautiful, kind, thoughtful. Nothing is too much trouble. Excellent food served in the restaurants. The front of house staff are excellent. The housekeeping is flexible and always ready. The villas are beautiful and the monkeys wandering by add to the experience. The spa is incredible.

We loved everything about this place - from the friendly staff who remembered our preferences to the amazing villa with total privacy and a private pool. The location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The breakfast in the restaurant was delicious, and the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch.
