Spacious rooms with stunning mountain views. Excellent service and hospitality. Impressive breakfast with a variety of Indonesian and Western options. Family-friendly amenities and outdoor facilities for kids to enjoy. Peaceful location away from the city.

The room we booked, the Junior Executive, was located in a prime spot with breathtaking views of the mountains, zen deck, and pool. The tall, frameless windows throughout the room made for a perfect waking up experience. The spacious bathroom offered high-quality amenities such as a luxurious bath-tub, bath salts, body wash, and a rain shower. The entertainment kit, including a Bluetooth speaker and a 50" television, was a great added bonus. And let's not forget the three different pools, including one with slides for the kids. The Zen Deck provided a serene space for relaxation.

We felt completely safe and secure during our stay, and have no complaints whatsoever.

The breakfast and live music were great, and we enjoyed the variety of activities available for children. the location was also convenient, just a short drive from the main street with minimal traffic.

Access to the parking lot was a bit of a hassle as there were no buggie rides available. some of the staff had an unpleasant attitude, making the overall service experience less than desirable.

I recently stayed at a resort nestled in the lush green mountains, surrounded by two magnificent 18-hole golf courses. The location was perfect, with the restaurant just a short walk away. We had a spacious room with a clean and modern bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast spread was superb, offering a variety of delicious dishes. The view from our room was breathtaking, with the mountains in full view. The facilities, such as the swimming pools and Zen deck, added to the overall relaxation of our stay.

There were some aspects of the hotel that could be improved.

Zen deck is superb. Pool is OK. Free yoga class on Sunday morning, nice! Breakfast was good.

Delightful surprises from check-in to check-out. The welcome drink was refreshing, and our child loved the horse riding, bunny feeding, and ziplining. They even surprised us with a perfect birthday cake in our room. The dinner with live music and freeflow coconut was excellent. The view and pools were great, and we appreciate the clear road signs. Big thanks to Mr. Ronni Dwi for making our stay great. Will definitely return with family.

the staff provides excellent service, from the moment we arrived until we left. the spa center and massage facilities were first-rate, and the swimming pool and sun terrace are a great place to unwind. The restaurant offered a diverse range of delicious halal food options, including poolside snack bars, bar/lounge areas, and an in-room breakfast service. Cons: Although there were some minor issues with the fitness center, it did not detract from our overall enjoyment.
