The staff: very friendly, excellent. The hotel: very new. The view, design: exceptional. Breakfast: over expectations, like a high-end restaurant for free. Mini bar: all free of charge. Room design: well thought. Service: 5-star, problem-solving, fulfilling needs.

Absolutely nothing.

From the exceptional design to the high, end breakfast menu, everything was well thought out. the staff was friendly and their service was top, notch, always fulfilling my needs no matter how complicated. the exclusive amenities such as the free mini bar and well, designed room were a delight.

This hotel lacked activities at night and I had to go elsewhere to enjoy my evenings. the pool was quite small for such a huge venue, and charging for the Jacuzzi felt like a joke.

Delicious menus are available that make you feel like you are eating in a high-end restaurant. the view from the hotel was also very beautiful. It was easy to take great pictures there. the hotel was also very new which was nice.

There was no night entertainment at the hotel. We were forced to go to other locations to continue our night.

The staff at Royal Avila Boutique Resort were excellent. They went above and beyond to solve any problems and fulfill my needs. The design of the room was well thought out and the breakfast exceeded my expectations, with a professional taste and a great selection. The view and design of the resort were exceptional, just like in the photos. There were many beautiful spots to take photos, and the mini bar in the room was a pleasant surprise, as everything was free of charge. I highly recommend this hotel.
