This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, making it convenient for guests to access many restaurants and famous food places nearby. It is also easily accessible via the Jagorawi toll road, providing a smooth and hassle-free journey from Jakarta. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, evoking a cozy feeling, especially during the rainy season. The staff is friendly and the room service is responsive.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable, which made for a good stay during the Easter weekend. the breakfast area was also spacious, which made it cozy. the hotel location was strategic, making it easy to access shopping centers and botanical gardens. the staff was friendly and helpful, which was a plus.

The long waiting time for check-in registration was a downside. the front desk reception took a super long time to register and process our check-in, even though we made pre-payment and sent passport copies days before our arrival.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable, providing us with a cozy and homely feeling. It was the perfect match, especially with the rainy season in the area. The view of the city and the breathtaking mountains from our rooms was truly spectacular. We were even lucky enough to have the swimming pool below us, although we unfortunately didn't have enough time to take a dip. Nevertheless, the location of this hotel was fantastic as it was right in the center of everything. There were amazing restaurants and big factory outlets within easy walking or driving distance. The hotel staff were also extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Watching our kids play in the kids activity room while we swam or had breakfast was such a convenience.
