We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Santika Premiere. the hotel was sparkling clean and well maintained. the staff were professional and caring, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Our duplex room was perfect, with one bedroom on each floor and a private staircase. We loved having a balcony overlooking the pool. the breakfast was superb, just like other Santika Hotels, and the pool was a great place for my family to relax and have fun. the hotel's location near local amenities, such as Indomaret and Bakso President, was convenient for us.

The room was spacious with a big comfy bed, modern decor, and quiet air con. It had a pool view and a good selection of English TV channels. The breakfast had a huge variety of delicious options. The staff was amazing, from front desk to restaurant, always helpful and friendly.

We loved this place! We stayed here for 3 nights and the double story family room was amazing. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel has really gone above and beyond with their services. The buffet breakfast was a highlight, with a great variety of delicious food. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, which was well-maintained and had a great size. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we will definitely book here again in the future.

It was comfortable with everything working well. the staff members had a smile and were always courteous, making us feel like VIPs. We had a duplex room that had a flight of stairs, which were a bit slippery, some stairs were fragile, and the lighting was gloomy. there was only one bathroom for a two-story room, which was a bit inconvenient.
