I stayed at Sanur House for one night and it was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly, always ready to help. They even arranged a last-minute airport pick-up for me. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options available. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed. The pool area was relaxing and well-maintained. The location was convenient, close to the center and the beach, yet quiet enough for a peaceful stay. it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Moreover, the hotel's close proximity to the Nusa islands offers the opportunity for exciting day trips and island hopping adventures.

The Wi-Fi connection can be quite weak, which might pose a challenge for those needing a reliable internet connection.

Loved my Easter holiday! Liked that the breakfast was nice and it was great to have drinking water in the room. Best aspects were the friendly staff who made us feel very welcome. the location was perfect, close to restaurants and the beach, and we appreciated the free luggage storage.

Disliked that the bathroom wasn't the cleanest upon arrival, but it was cleaned upon request. Worst aspect was the average wifi connection in the room, but it worked well at the pool.

I absolutely loved the peaceful and tranquil ambiance of Sanur House. It felt like a hidden oasis, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The lush greenery surrounding the property added to the natural charm.
