The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, assisting us with all our needs. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the attractions of Ubud. I had a delightful experience at Sapodilla and would highly recommend it to others.

The staff was so attentive, they made me feel like royalty! The pool was absolutely delightful, surrounded by lush greenery. And the open and modern interior added to the calming atmosphere. Loved the location, lots of nice restaurants nearby!

Who needs a 24-hour reception? It's not like I needed anything in the middle of the night.

We loved this place! It's conveniently located within walking distance of great restaurants, set in beautiful gardens. Despite being just off the main road, everything we needed was right there. The service was top notch, with room service, car hire, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance available. The rooms were well-appointed with a seating area and terrace, and the free toiletries and tea/coffee-making facilities were a nice touch. We enjoyed the outdoor dining area and restaurant and appreciated the staff's attention to detail, like the welcome drink and free shuttle service.

We would highly recommend this venue to our friends without hesitation.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, as it was close to the center of the city and within walking distance of shops, cafes, and the famous Monkey Forest. We loved being able to explore the area easily and conveniently from our hotel.

The pool area could be a bit dark in the evenings. It would have been nice to have additional lights in and around the pool to make it safer for night swimming or simply to create a more pleasant ambiance.

sapodilla ubud was the perfect stay in ubud, with excellent staff, huge rooms and bathrooms, and a gorgeous pool. the breakfast and on-site restaurant were fantastic, and the hotel went above and beyond to provide exceptional service, including a special birthday surprise. highly recommend!

We were pleasantly surprised by the warm and generous service at Sapodilla! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, even arranging a surprise birthday celebration for my wife. The location was perfect, with a great market nearby and a convenient shuttle service to explore the city center. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and modern, exactly as depicted in the pictures. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety of options, and we especially enjoyed the free afternoon tea with authentic Balinese cakes. Despite a few minor issues like ants on the desk tables and unstable Wi-Fi , we had a lovely time at this hotel. we highly recommend Sapodilla for a fantastic stay in Ubud.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very welcoming and the service was great. The employees in the establishment spoke to us, which was amazing! The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel had blackout curtains, which was a nice touch. The valet and food service were excellent. The hotel also had indoor and outdoor pools, and the indoor pool was heated. We especially enjoyed the hot tub in the morning, as it was a perfect way to relax. the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, and the great facilities made our stay enjoyable.

While the room was spacious and stylish, there were a few issues with insects. the shuttle service wasn't available for trips outside of the immediate area, which could be a drawback for those wanting to venture further afield.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sapodilla in Ubud. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was unforgettable. the pick-up service provided by the hotel was excellent, making my arrival seamless. the highlight of my stay was definitely the shower in my room - it was the best shower I've ever had! the room itself was spacious and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I appreciated the extra touches like complimentary bottled water, pajamas, and anti-mosquito spray. the hotel also offered afternoon tea and local snacks, which was a lovely added touch. the location was busy, but within the hotel grounds, it was peaceful and quiet. Plus, there were plenty of nice restaurants nearby. the pool was absolutely amazing, and I enjoyed spending time there and on my balcony.

This place is just off the main road, so we were close to everything we needed. The staff were extremely attentive and gave a very personal service. They went above and beyond to try and meet our every request, providing world-class service that made us feel like VIPs. The leisure facilities were fantastic, with a luxurious spa and wellness center, a refreshing swimming pool with sun loungers, and a lovely garden area. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the staff even offered in-room breakfast for added convenience. The free shuttle service and the paid airport shuttle made our transportation hassle-free. our stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of town, making it a quieter and more peaceful location compared to the bustling city center. However, it is still within an easy walking distance to the center, where you can find shops, restaurants, and other amenities. The White Ginger restaurant on site offers delicious food at reasonable prices, and guests have praised the breakfast bowls as a must-try.

The pool at the hotel is not very big, which may be a downside for those who enjoy swimming or lounging poolside for extended periods of time.
