The staff were absolutely wonderful and made me feel like part of their family. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the beach and away from the noisy bars. The rooms were clean and had a great view. The AC worked perfectly and kept me cool during the hot days. The breakfast served was delicious and a great way to start the day.

The showers and bed were just average and didn't meet my expectations. I was also surprised to be charged for water, as it was complimentary at other places I stayed at in Bali.

The hotel had a good pool to relax in after a long day of work. the wifi was fast and reliable, making it easy to get work done. the location was convenient, as it was close to the beach and easy to get around.

The bed wasn't very comfortable, and the towels had stains and an unpleasant smell. the water pressure in the shower wasn't great, but that seems to be the case throughout the island.
