I recently had a wonderful stay at Sensa Hotel in Bandung. The hotel's location within the Cihampelas Walk shopping complex was incredibly convenient. Being able to stroll to the shops and restaurants without having to go far was a major plus. The buffet menus offered at the hotel were fantastic, and I enjoyed starting my day with a delicious breakfast. Additionally, the view from my room, especially as I stayed in the Sr. Executive Room, was absolutely amazing. It was one of the main reasons why I keep coming back to this hotel whenever I visit Bandung. The room itself was spacious and clean, providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The hotel's staff were also friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Sensa Hotel for its great location, fantastic food, and stunning views.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center on top of a platform above the street. It is next to a really nice shopping mall where you can find a variety of good eateries. The rooms are spacious with excellent views from the higher floors. The breakfast spread is wide with different menu options daily. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs.

The wifi connection in the hotel is poor, which can be inconvenient for guests who require a stable internet connection.

The breakfast was decent with a variety of options to choose from and the location was prime, just a stone's throw away from the shopping mall and surrounded by bustling streets.

Our experience was overshadowed by the lack of cleanliness in our room. the linens seemed worn out and there were stains on the carpet.
