I had a great stay here! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. It's really close to Nagoya Hill Shopping Center, which made it convenient for shopping. Plus, there's a 24/7 mini mart nearby and plenty of delicious street food just a stone's throw away. The hotel facilities were good and the room was clean. the service and cleanliness were top-notch.

The hotel facilities were modern and the reception lobby area was bright and welcoming. The location was very accessible, with a less than ten-minute walk to a nearby mall. The staff provided exceptional service, with friendly and prompt responses to all our requests. They even ensured we got a non-smoking room. it was a great experience and value for money.

They immediately sent an engineer when there was an issue with the shower, although unfortunately, it couldn't be fixed. However, the front desk was proactive in resolving the problem and allowed us to upgrade to a Junior Suite for the remainder of our stay. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and variety. the service provided by the staff, the comfortable bed, and the delicious breakfast were the standout features of this hotel.

For the price we paid, our stay at K Hotel was great value. The room was perfect and nice, especially the smoking room that I chose. The hotel staff were very accommodating and flexible with my late check-out request, only charging extra for the hours I needed. The location was ideal, just a 5-minute walk to Nagoya Hill shopping center.
