The service was impeccable, from room service to housekeeping, everything was taken care of promptly. The hotel amenities, such as the swimming pool and sun terrace, provided enhanced comfort and relaxation. I also appreciated the well-maintained garden area, which added to the overall ambiance of the hotel. Furthermore, the hotel offers a wide range of facilities and services, including airport shuttle and laundry service, making my stay even more convenient.

I recently stayed at a hidden gem on top of a hill with a breathtaking view of the ocean. The location was perfect, very close to the best beach in Lombok. The room was spacious and had floor-to-ceiling windows which allowed me to admire the panoramic view. The staff went above and beyond, offering complimentary transfers and even a laundry service. The infinity pool was the cherry on top, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunset.

The food selection could be improved.

The quiet location of the hotel allowed for peaceful nights and restful sleep. the room was equipped with modern amenities and boasted floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning panoramic views. the infinity pool was a great spot for catching glimpses of mesmerizing sunsets and lazing in the sun.

The hotel had difficulty providing transportation services and renting scooters to explore the nearby area. the water cuts in the early morning were also a bit inconvenient.

They even helped us with local recommendations and organized a scooter for us. The nearby beach was just a short walk away, and the spa was so peaceful and relaxing.
