Loved the gym and great executive lounge

During my recent stay at Sheraton Grand Jakarta, I was impressed by the incredible gym facilities. The gym was spacious, well-equipped, and had a variety of weight machines, allowing me to have an efficient and diverse workout. Additionally, the hotel's executive lounge was a delightful experience. The staff greeted me by name, creating a personalized and welcoming atmosphere. the gym and executive lounge added a great value to my stay at Sheraton Grand Jakarta.

During my business trip, I enjoyed the complementary breakfast and the gym facilities offered by the hotel. The breakfast menu had a good variety of food options that I liked. , the gym had all the necessary equipment for a good workout session.

I hung the "do not disturb" sign until 10 AM, and when I came back in the evening, my room was still uncleaned. I had to call the front desk and wait for a long time before someone came to clean my room.

The location of the hotel is convenient as it is connected to Gandaria City Shopping Mall, providing easy access to a variety of shopping and dining options. Guests can simply walk to the mall without having to venture far. Moreover, the hotel is located near the expressway to the airport, making it convenient for travelers to reach their flight on time.

The wait time for a taxi can sometimes be long, which may inconvenience guests who are in a hurry or have time constraints.

During my recent stay at this hotel, I was impressed by the luxurious amenities provided. The room advantages were exclusive, with comfortable beds and modern decor that made me feel pampered. The public bath and outdoor swimming pool provided a relaxing escape from the bustling city, while the sun terrace and sun loungers were perfect for soaking up the sun. The well-trained staff provided excellent service, and the restaurant had great options for special dietary needs.

While my overall experience was great, the only minor issue I encountered was the lack of live entertainment. Although the bar/lounge area was comfortable and inviting, it lacked any kind of entertainment to keep guests engaged during the evening.
