Fantastic staff. Authentic Indian restaurant Ganesha. Lovely hotel grounds. Endless children's playground. Great facilities. 10-minute airport transfer. Good breakfast. Nice garden. 8/10 value restaurant menu. Reliable internet. Elegant reception. Clean bedrooms. Huge swimming pool. Welcome drink always available. Variety in buffet breakfast. Shuttle service. Amazing breakfast and friendly staff. the view was also quite impressive, especially from the higher floors. the hotel also provided a free shuttle service to the city center and airport, which was very convenient.

The indoor pool and jacuzzi were located in the spa and not easily accessible, so I couldn't use them. the playground area for children was also closed off.

The only negative aspect is the lack of entertainment options such as a night club or live performances.

We also enjoyed the beautiful view from our room and the relaxing spa facilities. the hotel's close proximity to Malioboro allowed us to explore the vibrant city easily.

One negative aspect we encountered was the chilly temperature inside the building, particularly in the bar area, which made it uncomfortable to relax and enjoy our drinks.
