We were warmly welcomed by the friendly hosts and appreciated the daily provision of water, tea, and coffee. the location was central yet peaceful, offering easy access to nearby eateries. the room was cozy with a powerful A/C unit ensuring a comfortable stay. great value for money and a highly recommended choice for a pleasant stay.

Great value for money and fantastic staff

The staff at Shiva House in Ubud were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel at home right away. the location was convenient, surrounded by cafes and restaurants, and the value for money was exceptional. Although some areas could use a refresh or renovation, the overall experience was positive due to the friendly service and good amenities like free tea and coffee.

The database provided was incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to search and retrieve information quickly. the detailed property descriptions and high-quality photos made it simple to find the perfect accommodation for my trip. the room with air conditioning was a godsend during the hot summer nights, providing a cool and comfortable environment to relax in after a long day of exploring.

One minor inconvenience was the occasional slow loading time of the website when trying to view multiple properties at once.

The location of this hotel was fantastic, with plenty of great restaurants and attractions within walking distance. I also loved the beautiful decoration of the house, which had a traditional Balinese feel to it. The owners were incredibly sweet and helpful, always ensuring that I had a fresh cup of tea or coffee available. The room itself was spacious and tidy, with a comfortable bed and good air-conditioning. the value for money was excellent, making this one of the best places I've stayed in terms of affordability and quality.

Can't fault the property in any way.
