We had an amazing stay at Sima Hotel in Kuta. The friendly and attentive staff went above and beyond to make our experience special. They surprised us with a birthday cake, showing their genuine care for their guests. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a lovely balcony overlooking the garden and pool. The pool itself was refreshing and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, both savory and sweet. We also appreciated the free water dispensers throughout the hotel. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The loud noises that woke us up at 5 am from a nearby source. There was also some algae buildup in the swimming pool, but it didn't bother us too much.
