Amazing pool experience

I was blown away by the incredible pool at Singgasana Hotel. The water was crystal clear and the pool was so inviting. I couldn't believe how clean and well-maintained it was. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring Surabaya. I highly recommend this hotel for its fabulous pool.

As young holiday goers, my friends and I had a great experience at a hidden gem of a hotel located on the outskirts of the city. The hotel had a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle of the busy center. The spacious rooms were well-maintained and had a unique Bali style architecture. We enjoyed relaxing by the beautiful pool, surrounded by a lush garden. The restaurant offered delicious Indonesian food, and the staff were helpful in recommending dishes. The hotel's location was also convenient for visiting the nearby zoo.

The hotel could benefit from some renovations, as there were issues with the toilets, bathrooms, and noisy air-conditioning in some rooms.

Comfortable Bed, Big Pool and Good Location

The hotel had a comfortable bed and big pool which was perfect for a city break. the location was also good as it was close to everything we needed.

The service was poor and the room was dirty. the staff wasn't friendly and didn't seem to care about our needs.
